Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Dave's Killer Bread or your favorite whole-grain bread
  • ¼ cup Beetroot Hummus store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup sliced cucumber
  • 2-3 thin slices of radish
  • ¼ cup microgreens or sprouts of your choice
  • Optional additions: sliced avocado pickled onions, sliced jalapeños, sliced carrots

Method
 

  1. Toast your bread: Lightly toast the Dave's Killer Bread slices to your liking. This adds a nice crunch and helps the sandwich hold up.
  2. Spread the love: Generously spread the beetroot hummus on both slices of toasted bread. Don't be shy – the more, the merrier (and pinker!).
  3. Layer your veggies: On one slice of bread, layer the sliced cucumber, radish, and microgreens. Arrange them neatly for that Instagram-worthy cross-section.
  4. Add optional boosts: If using, layer on your sliced avocado, pickled onions, or jalapeños now.
  5. Assemble and enjoy: Place the second slice of bread on top, gently press down, and slice your sandwich in half. Enjoy immediately!
