Ingredients
  

For the dip

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup ripe mango small cubes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 small green chili finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder optional

For serving

  • tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks

Instructions
 

Prep and mix

  • Cut avocados, scoop into a wide bowl, and mash with a fork until mostly creamy with a few chunks.
  • Add lime juice and salt and mix well.
  • Fold in mango, red onion, cilantro, and green chili gently.
  • Taste and adjust with extra lime, salt, or chili.

Serve

  • Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Use ripe but firm mango for best texture.
If mango is very juicy, pat cubes dry before mixing so the dip stays thick.
To store, press plastic wrap directly on the dip surface and refrigerate up to one day.
