Ingredients
  

For the laddoo

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup raisins kishmish
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon dalchini
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Make the laddoo

  • Combine oats, almond butter, honey, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Mix until evenly moist and the mixture holds together when squeezed.
  • Roll into 1-inch laddoo.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Plump raisins in warm water 5 minutes, then drain well for softer bites.
Use jaggery syrup instead of honey for a more Indian sweetness profile.
Add a pinch of nutmeg with the cinnamon for gajar halwa vibes.
Vegan swap — maple syrup and plant-based almond butter.
Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
