Method
For colored tapioca
- Divide Tapioca in 4 different bowls1/4 cup Tapioca
- Divide water into bowls and add food colorsFood colors, 3 cup Water divided
- Soak for 3-4 hours
- After 3-4hrs remove water and microwave tapioca for 30 seconds
- Now add 1tbsp water and 1tsp honey to it to keep them seprated
For mousse
- In a mixing bowl add whipping cream. Whip until stiff1 cup Heavy cream
- Add yogurt, honey and thandai powder. Combine everything.-1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp Thandai powder, 2-3 tbsp Honey (divided)
- In a serving glass, layer tapioca and thandai mousse. Enjoy chilled.
