Bhel puri is anytime snacks and this nutritious version of bhel adds good amount of rich fats to your favourite snacks.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Murmura
- 7-8 pieces Papri Save few for garnishing
- 1/4 cup Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
- 1/2 Potato boied and chopped
- 2 tbsp Green onion, chopped (Optional)
- 1 Avocado, diced Save few pieces for garnishing
- Tamarind and date chutney According to taste
- Coriander and mint chutney According to taste
- Chaat masala According to taste
- Cilantro For garnishing
- Thin sev For garnishing
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add murmura. Add few pieces of papri by breaking with hands.
- Add tomatoes, onions, potatoes, green mango, avocado to murmura mix
- Add chutneys according to taste and mix everything gently
- In a serving bowl or avocado skin, add prepared bhel mix. Garnish it with thin sev, papri, cilantro and avocado
