Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Tapioca
  • Food colors
  • 3 cup Water divided
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Thandai powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Honey (divided)

Instructions
 

For colored tapioca

  • Divide Tapioca in 4 different bowls
    1/4 cup Tapioca
  • Divide water into bowls and add food colors
    Food colors, 3 cup Water divided
  • Soak for 3-4 hours
  • After 3-4hrs remove water and microwave tapioca for 30 seconds
  • Now add 1tbsp water and 1tsp honey to it to keep them seprated

For mousse

  •  In a mixing bowl add whipping cream. Whip until stiff
    1 cup Heavy cream
  • Add yogurt, honey and thandai powder. Combine everything.-
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp Thandai powder, 2-3 tbsp Honey (divided)
  • In a serving glass, layer tapioca and thandai mousse. Enjoy chilled.
